クイーンのThe Fairy Feller's Master Stroke を紹介します😊
この曲はロンドンのテート・ギャラリーにあるある絵をもとに書かれたみたいです。
その絵がこれ！↓
この絵の作者はRichard Daddという人物で曲のタイトルと同じくThe Fairy Feller's Master Strokeです。彼は父親を殺して20代後半から69歳までの間ずっと精神病院で過ごしていたそうです。
歌詞の内容は胡桃割りの名手である妖精のきこりがいて、その技を見るためにいろいろなもののけや人が集まっているといったファンタジー要素がある内容となっています。
それぞれの単語はかなり難しくて初めて見るものばかりでした^^;
何回も聴かないと何を意味しているのかわからないかと思いますが、曲調だけでも楽しめるかと思います(*^_^*)
